It addresses three main points: We own the number and price “99¢”, we show non-99¢ shoppers the wonder, surprise, and discovery of shopping at 99 Cents Only Stores, and we make 99 Cents Only Stores desirable to non-99¢ shoppers by creating an emotional connection.
